The eMax 208-ExTel is a PABX and and Access Control System. It provides the ultimate combination of the following application features:

• Telephone Entry System
• 8 extension 2 external line full featured private PABX with Auto attended 
• Receive calls from from a visitor at the front door at any extension.   
• Open the Door remotely from any extension
• This system is loaded with many more features and flexibilities 

System Key Features:

• Combined  Access Control and Home or small office communication center
• Receive telephone calls or make calls to the Door Phone or any one of the extensions without requiring a human attendant
• Talk with a visitor at the front door via the Door Phone (included) and open the door by pressing the "0"  key on your phone
• Pre-Recorded Outgoing Message (OGM) directing callers to the proper extension 
• C.O. (Central Office) Line Reservation – Allows the user to reserve a line that might be busy. Once the line becomes available the extension will receive a ring and will be connected automatically to the CO line.
• Caller ID – the eMAX 208 supports FSK/DTMF caller ID on all extensions.  Allows display of an incoming call on a telephone with the caller ID feature.
• Auto Attendant and OGM – A caller will hear the Outgoing Message (OGM) and can dial directly to the desired extension
• Call restrictions - Set Extensions with permitted area codes and numbers
• Call transfer – Transfer any incoming or internal call to any extension
• Call pick up - Pickup incoming or internal calls from any extension
• Call timer – Set maximum desired duration of a call for an extension
• Call Waiting  – Different Call Waiting tones signaling calls waiting from external line, internal ext. or door phone, while line is in use. Easy back and forth switching between the calls.
• Ringing extensions – Pre-assigned extension to ring for a selected C.O. line incoming calls.
• Remote programming - Programmable from any remote phone, even mobile 
• Connect to the ExTel PBX Door Phone Panel (included), as an extension, answer your visitor, talk with them and open the door remotely. All this from any of the phone extensions connected to the eMAX208.

• Programmable from any telephone extension
• When Call Button is pressed a pre-programmed extension or group of extensions will ring
•  Day/Night mode - configure which ext. will ring during the day/night hours
• Connect our Momentary Exit Button Switch Model 802 (optional) to open the door from inside the office
• Electric lock activation time is programmable  1-99Sec
• Programmable Master Code
• Electronic Ringing sound at the door Phone, when extension phones are ringing
• Use AC 12VAC  to activate an electric strike, electric deadbolt or an electric magnetic lock

eMax 208-ExTel System is easy to install!

•   Connect the eMax 208 to the telephone company lines
• Mount the ExTel PBX Door Phone outdoors at the main entrance and and plug it into the eMax 208 as an extension
• Connect the 12V AC source to the Door Phone.
• Wire the Door Phone to the electric strike (optional)  
• Each package includes operation and installation instruction
