Shipping and Returns

BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE YOU IMPLICITY AGREE TO ACCEPT ILUS ELECTRONICS'S ONLINE STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS. WHETHER YOU HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO ACTUALLY READ THE ENTIRETY OF OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS IS OF NO CONSEQUENCE AND DOES NOT NEGATE OUR TERMS. 

Shipping
  • ILUS Electronics ships all over the world.
  • All items are shipped via USPS Priority and UPS according to USPS and UPS calculators (service selection, weight plus handling costs).
  • Insurance of shipments is subject to value and destination.
  • Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours pending availability (excluding weekends and holidays). Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available. You will not be charged until the items become available.
  • You will receive a confirmation email of your entire order. If any of your items are on back order, you will receive a separate email notification indicating which product is unavailable. Back order items generally become available within 10-14 business days. If you wish to cancel a back order, please contact via email at sales@iluselectronics.com
  • Customer is responsible for providing a current and accurate address. Inaccurate addresses resulting in a return will require a written confirmation of the correct address and an additional shipping fee. NOTE: Please verify that your shipping address in Pay Pal matches that of your order.
  • Refused shipments that have failed delivery due to a bad address will be returned to ILUS Electronics's Online Store. A non-delivery fee will be charged.
Returns
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase pending a review and RMA.
  • Complete and undamaged returns within the 30 day timeframe will be eligible for a refund equivalent to the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee.
  • Orders that are incorrectly shipped may be returned at no charge. Please contact sales@iluselectronics.com
  • ILUS Electronics MUST be contacted prior to the return of any product. Items returned after the 30 day grace period and without proper warning are not eligible for a refund.
  • In order to return an item, you must request an RMA from ILUS Electronics Select the CONTACT US tab, fill up all the information in the form. In the Details box describe the reason for the return request.
  • RMA numbers are only valid 15 days after thy are issued. 
  • Returned items without a compliant RMA will be returned to the customer.
  • Shipping costs for non qualified returns must be paid by the customer.  
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • ILUS Electronics will inspect all returns for damages resulting from improper handling or installation by the customer. Only undamaged and complete products will be eligible for return. Missing or damaged parts or accessories will result in an adjusted refund. ILUS Electronics reserves the right to deny any refund based on product condition. Product condition factors include manufacturer defects or defects resulting from improper handling or installation.
  • Damages resulting from improper installation will not be accepted for return.
  • If you opt to purchase shipping insurance, damages or shortages that occur during shipping must be reported to the carrier within 5 days of receipt. ILUS Electronics is not responsible for shipping damages.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise noted by ILUS Electronics for packaging or product errors.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Please allow approximately 3-5 business days from receipt of return product (including RMA) to process your return.
  • Refunds will arrive in the same form (PayPal) as the original payment up to 30 days after return.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Service parts - such as connectors, tools, accessories etc.
  • Discounted or discontinued sale items
  • Products with damages or missing parts that are not the fault of ILUS or the manufacturer
